All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Made-to-order and bespoke pieces are crafted to your specification and typically ship within 2–3 weeks.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to amend pricing in the event of a manifest error.

Shipping & returns

We offer complimentary insured shipping worldwide. Unworn pieces may be returned within 30 days for a full refund; engraved and bespoke items are final sale.

Warranty

Every RitzBits creation carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, together with complimentary cleaning and inspection.
